Lithuania bank is going to issue 5 euro coin

Denomination 5 euro
Alloy Cu/Al/Zn/Sn
Diameter 28.00 mm, Weight 10.00 g
Mintage 25,000 pieces
To be issued on 10 March

Bank price per piece:
9,00 EUR (31,08 LTL)

If somebody is interested in I can take more so we could swap, or I can sell at price 11 € (per piece) if more then 5 pieces (then price 10 €).

What is the reason it is issued? Is it colored?

there will be issued two coins: silver one 20 Euro (silver) and 5 Euro (Nordic gold )
